Position Title: Community Health Advocate

Your Role:

Engage with local communities to identify healthcare challenges and develop strategies for improvement.
Educate community members about essential health practices and preventative measures.
Organize and conduct health awareness campaigns in collaboration with local organizations.
Assist with the implementation of healthcare programs and initiatives.
Coordinate outreach activities to promote access to healthcare services.
Provide support and guidance to individuals and families facing health-related challenges.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the overall healthcare ecosystem.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Public Health, Social Work).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
Passion for community-based healthcare and improving health outcomes.
Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate leadership when required.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of local healthcare systems, resources, and cultural dynamics.
