We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth flow of our operations, optimizing our supply chain, and maintaining our inventory management system.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities
- Work closely with vendors to negotiate and monitor the supply agreements
- Manage purchasing orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
- Analyze and optimize logistical processes to drive cost savings and enhance efficiency
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory storage and distribution
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field (preferred)
