We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth flow of our operations, optimizing our supply chain, and maintaining our inventory management system.

Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities
Work closely with vendors to negotiate and monitor the supply agreements
Manage purchasing orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
Analyze and optimize logistical processes to drive cost savings and enhance efficiency
Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory storage and distribution

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
Proficiency in using supply chain management software
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field (preferred)
