About the Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Compliance Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout our operations. As part of our Legal and Compliance team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining Zurich Insurance's reputation for ethical practices and legal compliance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement compliance programs and strategies to align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing compliance procedures and policies.
Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify potential compliance issues.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports regarding compliance activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in corporate compliance, risk management, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to insurance and financial services.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
