Role Overview

As a Learning and Development Specialist at OneLogix Group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the growth and development of our employees. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement innovative learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals
Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies and programs
Create engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to address specific skill gaps
Assess training effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and performance evaluations
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist or similar role
Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills
Proficiency in developing e-learning content using authoring tools
Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Passion for continuous learning and professional development
