Your Role:

We are currently hiring for the position of Data Insights Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data to drive informed decision-making across various departments within the school district. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify key questions, design research methodologies, collect and organize data, and generate insightful reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to extract meaningful insights.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify research objectives and design suitable methodologies.
Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
Employ advanced statistical techniques to uncover patterns and trends.
Generate comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices in data analysis.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
Proficiency in data visualization and statistical software (e.g., Tableau, SPSS).
Experience in conducting research and utilizing statistical techniques.
