Position: Learning and Development Specialist

As a Learning and Development Specialist at Agroseguro, you will play a critical role in shaping the growth and development of our employees. With a focus on creating a safe and healthy working environment, you will drive our commitment to employee well-being.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee performance and foster professional growth
Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to develop tailored learning initiatives
Implement effective strategies to measure the impact and success of training programs
Create comprehensive training materials, including multimedia content and interactive modules
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee learning and development

Qualifications:

Proven experience in designing and delivering effective learning programs, preferably within the Education/Training industry
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in using learning management systems and multimedia tools
