Position: Community Impact Coordinator

At St. Boniface Hospital, we believe in the power of engaging with our local community. As the Community Impact Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships and driving initiatives that make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies.
Collaborate with local organizations to identify and address community needs.
Organize and oversee community events, fundraisers, and projects.
Create and manage partnerships with local businesses and community leaders.
Promote our organization's social responsibility efforts and sustainable practices.
Coordinate volunteer programs and initiatives.
Assess impact and outcomes of community initiatives.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in community development, event planning, or social responsibility is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Passion for making a difference in the community.
Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and social impact.
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
