Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and develop technology solutions that align with strategic goals

Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and compliance
Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements
Participate in project management activities, such as creating project plans and monitoring progress

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience with healthcare systems and industry standards is a plus
