Job Opportunity: Outdoor Activity Coordinator

Responsibilities

Organize outdoor activities and events that promote health, fitness, and overall well-being.
Develop and implement engaging programs to encourage physical activity and outdoor exploration.
Collaborate with local sports clubs, schools, and community organizations to create partnerships and enhance outreach efforts.
Provide guidance and support to participants, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
Conduct educational sessions on the importance of environmental sustainability in sports and outdoor activities.
Monitor and evaluate programs to assess their impact and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

A strong background in sports, fitness, or a related field.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and environmental awareness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Fluency in both German and English.
