We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join our esteemed veterinary care organization in Centre-Val de Loire. At the Regional Chamber of Veterinary Surgeons, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care for animals while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Position: Veterinary Center Operations Manager
Job Description:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our veterinary centers
- Manage and coordinate staff schedules and ensure a smooth workflow
- Ensure high-quality care standards are maintained
- Implement and maintain effective communication channels between staff, veterinary professionals, and clients
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans for business growth
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable and cost-effective inventory management
- Support a collaborative and positive work culture
- Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for team members
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a leadership or management role within the franchise/chain industry
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for animal welfare and veterinary care
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in French and English (written and verbal)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work setting
- Degree in veterinary medicine or related field is a plus
