Position Overview:
As a Professional Cargo Distribution Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our agricultural products to various destinations. You will be responsible for coordinating transportation logistics, managing inventory, and overseeing the distribution process to ensure customer satisfaction and cost optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive transportation plans to optimize cargo distribution
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Managing inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to meet demand
- Monitoring shipment schedules and resolving any transportation issues or delays
- Ensuring compliance with local and international transportation regulations
- Analyzing transportation data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
- Coordinating with customers to address any delivery concerns or special requirements
- Maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory, and transportation expenses
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in logistics and transportation coordination
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using transportation management software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
