As a Protection Specialist, you will play a crucial role in preventing and mitigating potential threats while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and procedures in line with industry standards.
Conduct risk assessments and create strategies to minimize security vulnerabilities.
Monitor and protect bank premises, assets, and personnel through effective surveillance techniques.
Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services to coordinate responses to security incidents.
Provide security briefings and training to bank employees to enhance their security awareness and preparedness.
Stay updated on emerging security trends and technologies, recommending appropriate upgrades to existing systems.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a high-security environment such as military, law enforcement, or private security.
Knowledge of security principles and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in using surveillance systems and related security technology.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Physical fitness and ability to meet the demands of the position.
