Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for a Production Optimization Engineer to join our team in Lower Austria. This position requires a unique skill set that combines technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
Your Role:
- Identify areas for optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and develop improvement plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
- Monitor and evaluate implemented changes to ensure effectiveness.
- Train and support production staff in utilizing new processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in process optimization within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and tools.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
