Job Title: Animal Welfare Specialist

We have exciting opening for a position that is dedicated to the welfare and care of various creatures. As an Animal Welfare Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and protection of a diverse range of living beings in our stores. Your role will involve monitoring and enhancing their environment, health, and happiness.

Responsibilities:

Implement animal welfare policies and protocols according to industry standards
Oversee the overall health, feeding, and cleanliness of in-store creatures
Design engaging enrichment programs to support animal behavioral needs
Create and maintain records detailing the care provided to animals
Educate and guide our staff and customers on responsible pet ownership
Collaborate with local animal welfare organizations for adoption drives and outreach programs

Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar role or a deep understanding of animal behavior and care
Passion for animal welfare and a strong desire to make a difference
Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
