Job Title: Wildlife Conservation Specialist

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research and analysis of wildlife habitats in the Baden-Württemberg region
Implement conservation strategies and ensure compliance with legal regulations
Collaborate with local communities, organizations, and government agencies to promote wildlife conservation and education initiatives
Develop and manage projects focused on preserving endangered species and their natural habitats
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of conservation programs and recommend improvements
Assist in the planning and execution of public awareness campaigns and events

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Ecology, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in wildlife conservation or related field
Strong knowledge of local fauna, flora, and habitats
Experience in conducting field surveys and ecological assessments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for community engagement and collaboration
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for environmental conservation and sustainable practices
