Your Responsibilities:
- Design and coordinate adventure-based excursions and activities
- Work closely with local guides, ensuring a high-quality experience for participants
- Manage and supervise excursion logistics, including equipment, transportation, and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing participants' needs and concerns
- Assist in promoting excursions through various marketing channels
Your Qualifications:
- Previous experience in planning and organizing outdoor activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Passion for adventure sports and the outdoors
- Fluency in English and French; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
