Your Responsibilities:

Design and coordinate adventure-based excursions and activities
Work closely with local guides, ensuring a high-quality experience for participants
Manage and supervise excursion logistics, including equipment, transportation, and safety protocols
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing participants' needs and concerns
Assist in promoting excursions through various marketing channels

Your Qualifications:

Previous experience in planning and organizing outdoor activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work well in a team
Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures
Passion for adventure sports and the outdoors
Fluency in English and French; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
