Position: Animal Wellness Engineer
- Job Description:
As an Animal Wellness Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing state-of-the-art technologies to improve the lives of animals. Collaborating with our team of experts, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of innovative solutions in the pet care industry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching and analyzing emerging trends and advancements in pet care technologies
- Designing and prototyping cutting-edge devices for animals
- Conducting experiments and clinical trials to evaluate the effectiveness of our products
- Collaborating with veterinarians and animal behaviorists to address specific needs and challenges
- Providing technical support and training to customers and internal stakeholders
- Contributing to product documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications
Requirements:
- A passion for animals and a strong desire to contribute to their well-being
- A bachelor's or master's degree in veterinary science, animal behavior, or a related field
- Proficiency in coding languages, such as Python or C++, for hardware prototyping
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and CAD software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Prior experience in the pet care industry is a plus
