Hiring: Business Expansion Specialist
Feria Valencia is currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Expansion Specialist. Are you passionate about developing strategic partnerships, driving growth, and exploring new business opportunities? If so, this role may be perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential business partners and franchise opportunities
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key trends and growth areas
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
- Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements
- Monitor and support franchise operations
- Manage and track performance metrics to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in franchise development or business expansion
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
