Position: Sustainable Agriculture Associate

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of sustainable farming practices
Conduct research on innovative agricultural techniques and technologies
Collaborate with local farmers and agricultural experts to identify and implement best practices
Support the co-op's efforts in conservation, biodiversity, and organic farming
Monitor and evaluate the environmental impact of agricultural activities
Provide training and guidance to co-op members on sustainable farming practices
Participate in community outreach programs to promote sustainable agriculture
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the co-op

Requirements:

Strong passion for sustainable agriculture and environmental conservation
Background in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field
Knowledge of organic farming techniques and principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Proficient in data analysis and research methodologies
Fluent in English and Italian
