Your responsibilities will include:

Providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with booking accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related logistics.
Collaborating with various suppliers and partners to ensure smooth operations and seamless transitions throughout the customer's journey.
Remaining up-to-date with the latest travel trends, attractions, and offerings to provide valuable recommendations and information.

Requirements:

Previous experience in the travel industry, showcasing your expertise in delivering outstanding vacations and creating exceptional memories.
A strong passion for exploring new destinations, coupled with extensive knowledge of Västernorrlands län.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities to handle complex travel arrangements.
Proficiency in relevant travel booking systems and technology.
Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
