Your Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative digital engagement campaigns to grow our online community
Create and curate engaging content for our website, blog, and social media platforms
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media into broader marketing strategies
Analyze data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and provide actionable insights
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the digital landscape

Your Profile:

A genuine passion for digital engagement and community building
Proven experience in managing successful online campaigns and driving brand engagement
Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their specific dynamics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Catalan (Spanish is a plus)
Proficiency in content creation tools and analytics platforms
Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing digital trends
