Position: Community Engagement Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute community engagement strategies in alignment with Engen's vision and values.
Establish partnerships with local organizations, government entities, and non-profit groups to support social impact initiatives.
Plan and coordinate community events, sponsorships, and donations.
Manage corporate social responsibility programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
Collaborate with Engen staff, contractors, and community leaders to identify opportunities for community development projects.
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, and develop appropriate strategies to address them.
Monitor and report on the progress and impact of community engagement efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Social Sciences, Community Development, or Public Administration.
Proven experience in community engagement and relationship management.
Strong understanding of government structures, non-profit organizations, and local communities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Effective project management and organizational abilities.
Passionate about making a positive impact on communities.
Advocacy skills to represent Engen's interests in community engagements.
