Key Responsibilities:

Develop customized wellness programs for clients in alignment with their specific needs and goals.
Conduct in-depth assessments to identify health or wellness concerns and provide appropriate recommendations.
Deliver individual and group sessions incorporating fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and stress management techniques.
Educate clients on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and provide ongoing guidance and support.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive wellness plans.

Requirements:

Proven track record in the beauty/healthcare industry with experience in designing and implementing wellness programs.
Strong knowledge of various wellness practices such as yoga, meditation, nutrition, and holistic health.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and inspire positive lifestyle changes.
Ability to adapt to individual client needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Certification in relevant wellness disciplines is preferred.
