Position: Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes within the organization.
Analyze financial performance metrics, identify trends, and develop forecasts.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategies and initiatives.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Perform variance analysis and recommend cost-saving measures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret financial data.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
Excellent knowledge of financial accounting principles and regulations.
Experience in using financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Professional certification (such as CFA or CPA) is preferred.
