Responsibilities:

Collaborate with various departments to identify, evaluate, and integrate advanced technological solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Lead the adoption and implementation of cutting-edge technologies within the company's infrastructure.
Research and analyze emerging trends, tools, and methodologies related to the Franchise/Chain industry, ensuring KCP&L maintains its position as a technological leader.
Develop and execute detailed project plans for technology integration initiatives, managing resources effectively.
Provide training and technical support to team members, ensuring widespread understanding and utilization of new technologies.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and innovation, proposing and implementing solutions that enhance overall business outcomes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices, staying abreast of advancements and developments that could benefit KCP&L.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in technology consulting, system integration, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of and interest in advanced technologies within the Franchise/Chain industry.
Proficiency in evaluating and implementing diverse technologies, such as cloud computing, automation, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.
