Your Role
- Engage customers in conversations about their fitness goals and identify their needs
- Provide personalized recommendations and product demonstrations to enhance their fitness experience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in sports and fitness to effectively educate customers
- Create engaging displays and assist in inventory management
- Support in-store events and initiatives to drive customer engagement
Requirements
- Passion for sports and fitness
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of sports equipment, workout routines, and nutrition
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
