Position: Field Operations Specialist

As a Field Operations Specialist at OM Pharma, you will play a vital role in driving our strategic initiatives forward. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining operational strategies related to our cutting-edge technologies
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of projects
Analyzing market intelligence and identifying emerging trends in the Military/Security industry
Designing and implementing robust systems and processes to optimize field operations
Conducting regular field visits and providing on-site support to our valued customers
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and services based on customer feedback

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or related field
Proven experience in a similar role within the Military/Security or a closely related industry
Strong knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies and their application in the field
Excellent analytical skills and a strategic mindset
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in English and French; additional languages are advantageous
