Role Overview

As an Environmental Sustainability Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing initiatives to enhance our environmental performance. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability projects, foster energy efficiency, and reduce our overall environmental footprint. Your main responsibilities will include:

Evaluating current environmental practices and identifying areas for improvement.
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance energy efficiency and reduce waste.
Conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on environmental metrics.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop environmentally-friendly policies and procedures.
Providing training and coaching to employees on sustainable practices.
Staying up-to-date with relevant environmental regulations and best practices.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in environmental analysis or sustainability roles.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, policies, and best practices.
An analytical mindset with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management capabilities.
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
