We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Hochschule für Musik Saar, located in Saarland, Germany. As a Flexible Workstyle Attribution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and recognizing exceptional talents within our vibrant community.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to identify individuals with exceptional artistic abilities across various genres.
Evaluate and assess incoming talent submissions, assessing their potential for growth, performance, and viability.
Collaborate with internal teams to curate, promote, and showcase talent through various channels.
Create engaging content and campaigns to attract artists and entertainers.
Establish and maintain relationships with key industry partners for potential collaborations and sponsorships.
Stay up-to-date with trends within the entertainment industry and make informed recommendations on emerging talents.
Conduct regular audits and analysis to measure the success of talent recognition initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Music, Fine Arts, or Communications).
Proven experience in talent acquisition, artist management, or talent scouting.
Strong understanding of diverse artistic genres and an ability to identify exceptional talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with artists and industry professionals.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools for talent analysis and promotion.
