Position: Historical Operations Coordinator

As a Historical Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our historical tour activities, transportation, and logistics management. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating historical tours, ensuring timely departures and arrivals
Overseeing transportation logistics, such as the scheduling of vehicles, drivers, and tour guides
Maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring quality service
Collaborating with the marketing team to promote our services and develop strategic partnerships
Monitoring and optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Managing budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting on financial performance

Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Experience in event management or tour coordination is a plus
Proficiency in both English and French languages
A passion for history and cultural heritage
