Job Description:

Utilize your expertise in the retail industry to identify and implement effective solutions to optimize business operations and drive sales growth.
Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor strategies to devise innovative approaches to enhance overall performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Provide guidance and support to our retail partners, offering valuable insights and recommendations to improve their business performance.
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies, working closely with the marketing department to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Stay updated with industry best practices, technologies, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

Prior experience in the retail industry, ideally in a sales or operational role.
Strong analytical skills and ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to a positive and inclusive work culture.
Proactive nature with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Fluency in English and Norwegian.
