Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product returns in a professional and empathetic manner
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring products are stocked and properly displayed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the retail industry
A passion for arts, crafts, and DIY projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
A team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach
Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends
Fluency in Swedish and English
