Your Role

As a Visual Innovation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing the visual aspects of our projects. Working closely with our Creative Development Team, you will have the opportunity to ideate, design, and implement visually stunning and unique concepts across a range of engineering disciplines. Your tasks may include:

Creating compelling visual content that effectively communicates complex ideas
Collaborating with engineers and designers to ensure seamless integration of visuals into project deliverables
Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and tools to continuously enhance your creative outputs
Contributing to brainstorming sessions and providing valuable insights to improve project outcomes

Requirements

Proven experience in visual design, preferably in an engineering or related field
Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
