We are currently recruiting for the position of:

Technology Solutions Specialist

In this role, you will be at the forefront of leveraging emerging technologies in the financial sector and driving strategic initiatives. You will work closely with our Research and Development department to develop innovative solutions and drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop technology solutions that meet business needs
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new technologies
Design and prototype new solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements
Lead and contribute to proof of concepts, pilots, and pilot-to-production implementations
Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative approaches
Provide technical expertise to support the implementation and integration of solutions
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to foster technology partnerships
Maintain an understanding of competitive landscape and industry best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in software development, database management, or system architecture
Knowledge of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, or blockchain
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
