Your Role:

As a Learning Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative learning programs and initiatives tailored to the needs of our municipality. Your creative thinking and expertise will contribute to the development of educational resources that will empower individuals and enhance their skills.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, educational institutes, and industry professionals to identify training needs and establish effective learning strategies. By keeping up with industry trends, you will continuously adapt and improve our training programs, ensuring they remain relevant and impactful.

Requirements:

Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques
Excellent project management skills
Ability to create engaging and interactive learning materials
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team
