As a leading player in the business community, we are currently seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Leisure Experience Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering unique and engaging experiences for our visitors.

Responsibilities:

Research, design, and develop innovative leisure experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the community's overall well-being.
Create and manage partnerships with local sports clubs, entertainment providers, and other relevant organizations to enrich the range of experiences offered.
Collaborate with our marketing team to promote the experiences and attract a wider audience.
Ensure health and safety regulations are met for all activities and events.
Regularly evaluate and improve the experiences based on feedback and industry trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience in designing and implementing leisure experiences.
A passion for sports, entertainment, and creating memorable experiences for diverse audiences.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
