As a Style Consultant, you will play an essential role in our retail environment, working closely with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and aspirations. Your primary objective will be to provide personalized guidance and recommendations, enhancing our customers' shopping experiences while building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in discovering their personal style through attentive listening and effective communication.
- Offer expert advice on fashion trends, fit, and styling options.
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere in our store.
- Recommend products based on customers' preferences and style.
- Assist with visual merchandising to create appealing product displays.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product features, and competitive offerings.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment.
- A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
