Your Role

We are currently seeking a talented research and innovation specialist to join our team. As a key player in our research and development department, you will be responsible for driving innovation and supporting the growth of our company.

Undertake extensive research about new materials, methods, and technologies relevant to the construction industry.
Collaborate with our team to identify innovative solutions to improve our construction processes and methods.
Conduct experiments, tests, and analysis on various materials and processes to evaluate their effectiveness and potential for implementation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements to ensure our company remains at the forefront of innovation.
Monitor and analyze relevant research publications, patents, and academic journals to identify potential opportunities and breakthroughs.
Collaborate with external partners, universities, and research institutions to foster innovative partnerships and projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Materials Science, Research Science).
Proven experience in research, laboratory work, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
