Your Role:

As the Education Program Manager - Nature Enthusiast, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative educational programs that engage and inspire students to learn about our natural world. You will be responsible for:

Designing and delivering interactive educational workshops and classes on ecological concepts
Collaborating with teachers, scientists, and community partners to develop innovative curriculum materials
Coordinating field trips and hands-on learning experiences in nature
Providing mentorship and support to science teachers across North Carolina

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Environmental Science, Biology, or Education)
Prior experience working in an educational or outreach capacity
A passion for nature and animals, with knowledge of ecological concepts
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
