Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all activities related to construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement of required materials and equipment.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
Conduct regular inspections to monitor project progress, identify and resolve any emerging issues or conflicts.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project files.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the construction process.
Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders, including clients, management, and other relevant parties.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, leading successful projects in the construction or related industry.
A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse project team.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in project management software, such as Primavera or MS Project.
A commitment to quality and attention to detail.
