As a Global Culinary Ambassador, you will be responsible for curating extraordinary culinary experiences across our properties, captivating taste buds and creating a lasting impression on our international guests.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative, sustainable, and globally-inspired menus for our restaurants
Collaborate with local and international suppliers to source fresh, organic, and seasonal ingredients
Create engaging and interactive cooking demonstrations and classes to enhance the guest experience
Train and mentor our talented kitchen teams, ensuring consistency and excellence
Stay updated with the latest global culinary trends and incorporate them into our offerings
Build relationships with renowned chefs and food enthusiasts worldwide
Participate in international culinary events and represent Baltic Eco Tourism's culinary excellence
Promote sustainability practices by minimizing food waste and supporting local producers

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in culinary arts with a focus on international cuisine
Strong knowledge of sustainable and organic food practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
