Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description:

Oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations in the Free State region
Ensure adherence to quality control protocols and manufacturing processes
Optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime
Manage a team of skilled technicians and production staff
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business objectives

Requirements:

Prior experience in a leadership/supervisory role within the manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
