Senior Insights Analyst

Position Overview:

As a Senior Insights Analyst at VOCM Communications, you will play a pivotal role in deciphering consumer behavior patterns while spearheading data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market insights to drive impactful strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced statistical methodologies to analyze large datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations.
Design and implement market research studies through primary and secondary data collection.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key market opportunities and provide actionable recommendations based on insights.
Develop innovative approaches to measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing campaigns.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in market research and statistics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analysis, market research, or data-driven decision-making role.
Strong expertise in statistical analysis tools such as SPSS, SAS, or R.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
