- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of financial strategies and initiatives
- Implement financial models and tools to support decision-making processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory developments within the finance sector
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Economics, Business Administration, or Finance)
- Proven experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices
- Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet strict deadlines
- Fluency in English and German is required
