DPMA is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Financial Strategist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the financial direction and objectives of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Develop strategic financial plans and make recommendations to optimize financial performance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support budgeting and forecasting processes
Provide financial insights and guidance on investment decisions and financial operations
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of financial strategies and initiatives
Implement financial models and tools to support decision-making processes
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory developments within the finance sector

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Economics, Business Administration, or Finance)
Proven experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or related roles
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Excellent knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices
Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet strict deadlines
Fluency in English and German is required
