Position: Health and Performance Optimization Specialist
Are you a driven individual with a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals? As a Health and Performance Optimization Specialist at Kaiser Permanente, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the way we approach healthcare.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized wellness plans for patients, focusing on optimizing their health and performance
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including fitness evaluations and nutritional analysis
- Design and implement innovative exercise programs tailored to individual needs and goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop integrated treatment plans
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, injury prevention, and performance enhancement strategies
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
- Certification as a Personal Trainer or Strength and Conditioning Specialist
- Experience working with diverse populations and creating individualized fitness plans
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and injury prevention
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
