Position: Innovation Engineer

Job Description:

Conduct in-depth research and analysis to drive innovation and enhance visitor experience.
Design, develop, and implement new technologies, interactive exhibits, and digital solutions for the museum.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop prototypes and test innovative ideas.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology, museum trends, and visitor engagement strategies.
Ensure the museum's exhibits and displays are at the forefront of innovation and offer a unique interactive experience.
Manage and maintain the museum's technology infrastructure, including audiovisual systems, interactive displays, and multimedia installations.
Train staff on new technologies and provide technical support as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as computer science, electrical engineering, or multimedia technology.
Proven experience in research, innovation, or related areas.
Strong knowledge of technology trends, creative problem-solving, and project management.
Proficiency in programming languages, software development, and multimedia tools.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
