Position: Community Retail Specialist

Job Description

Act as a liaison between tenants, community organizations, and Brixmor Property Group
Foster and maintain positive relationships with retail tenants
Collaborate with community partners to create engaging retail events and programs
Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic and enhance the retail experience
Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to identify business growth opportunities
Participate in leasing activities by identifying potential tenants and promoting available spaces
Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and address any concerns or issues they may have

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or a related field
Demonstrated knowledge of the New York retail market and consumer behavior
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to think creatively and drive innovative initiatives
Attention to detail and ability to analyze data for informed decision-making
Passion for community engagement and commitment to diversity and inclusivity
