Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Event Management, or related field.
Proven experience in crafting engaging experiences within the sports/entertainment industry.
Proficiency in creative software tools like Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling software, etc.
A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and the ability to think outside the box.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Strong organizational and project management abilities to ensure seamless execution.
