Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a Supply Chain Coordinator at Alpine Wellness Retreat, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth logistics and transportation operations of our facility. Your primary objective will be to optimize inventory management, streamline transportation processes, and maintain efficient supply chain practices.

Responsibilities:

Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability for various departments within the facility.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, maintaining clear communication channels.
Analyze and enhance existing supply chain processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve overall performance.
Organize transportation logistics, including managing delivery schedules, routes, and carrier contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand, plan procurement activities, and manage production schedules.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in supply chain management or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using supply chain management software and related tools.
