Job Title: Business Expansion Strategist

Responsibilities

Collaborate with franchise owners to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to identify potential markets for expansion
Create and execute scalable business models for franchise expansion
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective promotional strategies
Evaluate and assess existing franchise models to optimize operational efficiency
Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees throughout the expansion process

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, management consulting, or a related field
Proven track record of successful strategic planning and implementation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of the franchise industry is preferable
Proficiency in English; fluency in Dutch is a plus
